Included a 36,000 SF warehouse
28,900 SF large vehicle storage building
20,000 SF small vehicle storage building
25,000 SF maintenance building

Service Center

Pre-engineered metal building
9,000 SF of office space
20,5600 SF of warehouse space
Includes 11 overhead door bays for vehicle storage, maintenance, and warehousing
