CK, in partnership with Elford Construction, worked with FCCFA to renovate the Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC) to give it a fresh, modern look and to expand to accommodate even more and larger events. The GCCC is now the 4th largest contiguous exhibit space in its competitive set.

Expansion and renovation that totaled over 1.7 million SF in both the North and South facilities
Included upgrades to all concourses, meeting rooms, and ballrooms
75,000 SF expansion of exhibit hall space
25,000 SF of new meeting rooms
New skywalk that connects the convention center with a new 800-space garage on Goodale St.
