CK, in partnership with Elford Construction, constructed a new, six-level 650-car parking garage just east of the Convention Center and adjacent to Third Street.

Features:

The garage features a one-of-a-kind custom kinetic façade
Project included renovation and expansion of a portion of the existing Convention Center to make way for a new pre-function/lobby space for the garage
An enclosed, conditioned pedestrian bridge was built from the new garage to the Convention Center, which added two levels to part of the existing Convention Center
