CK has been a construction partner at Easton Town Center since 1996, having built multiple retail, office, restaurant, entertainment, and parking facilities. We also completed over 46 acres of site and infrastructure work and numerous tenant build-outs and retail space renovations. Some of the highlights of our work at Easton are listed below:

80,500 SF renovation and reimagination of the existing Easton Station mall building, which CK built in 1996
Easton Building E was a 102,000 SF four-story office and retail building
86,500 SF five-story Aloft Hotel, with 136 rooms
3 parking garages totaling over 2,900 parking spaces
