CK has completed several projects for Van Trust on the New Albany Personal Care and Beauty Campus.

8300 Innovation Campus Way West:

• 23,000 SF spec warehouse

8200 Innovation Campus Way West:

• 234,000 SF building that is leased to an injection plastic mold firm
• Tenant improvements which included a 10,000 office area, conference rooms, a QC lab, and shipping/receiving area

9750 Innovation Campus Way:

• 302,400 SF shell warehouse building and tenant improvements for HIMS

8950 Smith’s Mill Rd:

• 315,000 SF spec warehouse
• 10,000 SF tenant buildout
• Assisted tenant, Tekeya, in moving their existing racking systems and process equipment to the new facility
